All our designs are unisex. Kindly follow the sizing chart and choose the size most suitable to your liking.

Where can I find my tracking number and what if I didn't get mine?

You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once we dispatch your order from our facility. Please allow anywhere from 1-3 business days for the processing times for your order.

How do the clothes fit?

It varies by each piece. We highly recommend that you check out the sizing chart to choose the best and most comfortable fit for you.

I didn't end up liking my order. Is it possible to do a return or exchange?

Absolutely. You have up to 30 days to return the item back to us for a full refund or you may do an exchange if your order ending up being too small as well. For more specific details, please see our refund policy here.

Is the footwear true to size?

Yes. Our footwear sizing is according to Men's US sizing. For women's, we suggest going a size lower than your usual size for the most comfortable fit.

What is the 'Insured Priority Shipping' option at checkout?

At checkout, we offer two different shipping options that are available for all orders— Standard Free Shipping and Insured Priority Shipping. Insured Priority Shipping means that your order will skip the fulfillment queue and will have priority over orders with regular shipping. This means that your order will be out of our facility sooner than usual and will be insured incase the product is lost, damaged or stolen.

Where can I pay and what are my available payment options?

All payments are made at checkout. We accept all payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

I just paid for my order but want to modify it before it ships out. Is this possible?

Yes it is. Though, we highly recommend that you email us ASAP regarding this. If your order still hasn't shipped out yet, then we can make that change for you no issues.

An item I want is sold out. Will it ever come back in stock again?

Are taxes & duties covered for the international customers?

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard shipping orders & worldwide express shipping are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Fashino does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
