Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. Hurray!


What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times

USA and Canada: 7 - 15 days (May be delayed an extra week or two due to COVID-19 shipping delays)

Europe (UK/FR/DEU/ITL/SE/BE): 7 - 15 days

Rest of Europe: 7 - 30 days (May be delayed an extra week or two due to COVID-19 shipping delays)

Oceania: 7 - 15 days

Latin America: 15 - 30 days

Other countries: 11 - 30 days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.


Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays

What is the 'Insured Priority Shipping' option at checkout?

At checkout, we offer two different shipping options that are available for all ordersFree Shipping and Insured Priority Shipping means that your order will skip the fulfillment queue and will have priority over orders with regular shipping. This means that your order will be out of our facility sooner than usual and will be Insured incase the product is lost, damaged or stolen. 


COVID-19 Updates

We would like to express that the safety and health of our employees and customers is always our top priority. 

Recently, we've received a massive influx of the COVID-19 here in Miami, Florida, and as a result had to shut down our main warehouse temporarily for health and safety reasons until further notice. 

We currently have two warehouses. One in Miami (which is our main warehouse), and one in China. We've recently opened up our second warehouse in China as a result of the whole COVID-19 situation here in Miami. It is our main priority as a business to ensure the health and safety of both our customers and employees in the best way possible. We want to ensure that our employees can work very diligently to make sure all orders are produced and delivered on time without the worry of COVID-19. 

Please note that we are currently seeing delays in our usual shipping times (up to 2 weeks extra delay), but rest assured that we are processing all orders as quickly as the limitations allows us to, and you will receive an order confirmation once your order has shipped as per usual. Please make sure to keep an eye on your inbox for any updates regarding your order's status.
